Hey! My name is Chukwudumebi, professionally known as D.A. I’m a PR specialist and a digital marketer. I’m mostly known to be a workaholic but behind the scenes of that title, is a jovial D.A who loves listening to music,hanging out with close friends and reading books.
With my love for music, I run a party entertainment service called Urbanmoon which is a plug for Nigerian music lovers to get updates on trendy upcoming music concerts and shows. I’m proceeding to show more love for music and this is the reason why I created the music blog called, Djembe.
“Djembe” is a popular West African crafted drum which has a sacred significance which is translated to “everyone gather together in peace” I believe music brings everyone together and the essence of my blog is to promote in my own little way, the African music industry which is already making waves globally. The blog will be a house to cater to similar content such as;
New album updates & my personal rating of the album. Updates on their lifestyle,awards, vacations, weddings and many more. Interviews with radio/TV stations,magazines or article feature. International music collaborations. Their album/single’s streams and records on music platforms like Apple Music,Spotify, Shazam and many more.
To begin our music blogging journey, we will be focusing on musics from Nigeria and South Africa but will be expanding to cover more African countries as time goes on.
